Aspirin belongs to a group of medicines called Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs). It works by blocking the production of pain causing chemicals at the point of injury. It helps to relieve pain (analgesic properties), reduce inflammation (anti-inflammatory properties) and reduce high temperatures and fever (antipyretic properties). Caffeine increases the pain-relieving effect of the product (analgesia adjuvant). Directions
Anadin Maximum Strength Capsules should be taken with a glass of water with or just after a meal. -
Dosage
Adults and children over 16 years: Take one capsule every 3 to 4 hours if necessary.Do take more than 8 capsules in any 24 hour period. -
Ingredients
Active Ingredients: Aspirin 500mg and Caffeine 32mg.
Also contain: Maize starch, dimethicone, gelatin, shellac, propylene glycol, ammonium hydroxide and colours - quinoline yellow (E104), titanium dioxide (E171), iron oxide (E172) and patent blue V (E131). -
